Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and development of sophisticated solutions that span multiple domains and services. This role requires orchestrating the integration of diverse components and capabilities to create cohesive and effective solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the client organization. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions deliver maximum value and support transformational initiatives. The architect plays a pivotal role in steering complex projects from conception through execution, ensuring seamless coordination across different teams and service areas.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance solution design and delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and integrated enterprise solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and configuration management concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
