Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to support complex enterprise transformation initiatives that span multiple technology platforms. This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. The advisor also focuses on developing and deploying innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology strategies is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored platform solutions.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Support the implementation and integration of technology assets within enterprise environments.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on platform-related challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards within enterprise platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and enterprise data management principles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
