About the job
We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and lead the architecture direction for large-scale retail and enterprise platforms. You'll partner with executives, business leaders, and technology teams to translate business strategy into a clear target-state architecture and technology roadmap.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping enterprise-wide technology strategy, setting architecture standards, and guiding teams to build a cohesive, future-ready technology landscape.

In this role, you will get to:
- Define the enterprise architecture vision, target-state architecture, and multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Partner with executives and business leaders to shape technology direction and investment decisions
- Develop business capability maps to identify gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
- Establish enterprise architecture standards and reference architectures, and lead the architecture review board
- Oversee the application and technology portfolio, driving rationalization, modernization, and reduction of technical debt
- Define policies for technology adoption, integration, security, and compliance
- Guide solution architects and engineering teams to ensure designs align with enterprise direction
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption of modern approaches such as cloud-native, event-driven, and API-led architectures
You’ll be successful if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in technology, including at least 3–5 years in enterprise architecture or senior solution architecture roles
- Proven experience defining enterprise-wide architecture strategy and roadmaps for large organizations
- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, and practices such as business capability modeling and application portfolio management
- Broad understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration architecture, data architecture, and security
- Experience leading architecture governance and review processes across multiple teams or business units
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience in large-scale enterprise, retail, or digital platform environments
- Experience with EA tools and modeling languages such as LeanIX, Sparx EA, or ArchiMate
- Background in leading large-scale digital transformation or cloud migration programs
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
