Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance & Equipment Reliability
  Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, optimize equipment performance, and minimize downtime to ensure efficient production.
• Oversee Engineering Projects & New Installations
  Manage new equipment installation, perform FAT/SAT testing, and deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
• Plan Shutdowns & Spare Parts Management
  Develop shutdown plans, supervise major maintenance activities, and maintain critical spare parts inventory to prevent production interruptions.
• Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence
  Implement ISO requirements, follow maintenance SOPs, and ensure all engineering activities support organizational goals and production quality.
• Develop the Engineering Team
  Train and coach maintenance staff, build succession plans, and enhance team capabilities to improve overall engineering performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• PMP or MBA is a plus.

• 13+ years of experience with at least 4 years in a similar position.
• 3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
