The Well Services Engineer provides technical support, planning, and coordination across all well service functions—namely evaluation, integrity management, intervention, and diagnostics. The role ensures effective integration of technical workflows, safe execution of operations, and continuous performance improvement of well servicing activities.

Executes planning, organizing, and implementing Well Services activities to provide accurate and timely correlated data to end-users for an effective, cost-efficient resource management and complies with the standard set by the regulatory bodies.

Ensures safety of Integrated Well Services (IWS) and other section/department personnel, equipment and stakeholders including contractors and community, and protects the environment in compliance to company’s Safety, Health and Environmental Policy.

The individual is directly responsible for well testing costing (as much as >P80M per well with rig).
