Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations Support
Support day-to-day Metallization and Probe manufacturing operations.
Coordinate issue resolution to minimize production impact.
Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Support capacity ramp and production readiness activities.
Continuous Improvement
Drive productivity, cycle time, and operational efficiency improvements.
Utilize problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and standardize operational procedures and best practices.
Project & Site Readiness
Support new equipment, facility, and production ramp projects.
Coordinate operational readiness activities for new manufacturing areas.
Participate in cross-functional project execution and milestone tracking.
Quality & Compliance
Support quality initiatives and audit preparation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.
Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
Systems & Data Analysis
Analyze operational data and generate performance reports.
Support manufacturing system enhancements and process automation initiatives.
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and decision-making.
AI Relevant Job Responsibilities:
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business
Qualifications
Required
Master or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, operations, process engineering, quality engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
Experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Process, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain functions.
Knowledge of MES, SAP, Power BI, SQL, or automation-related systems.
Project management experience is a plus.
