Job OverviewThis role is essential for protecting T-Mobile's digital infrastructure and sensitive data as part of the Continuous Hunting and Offensive Specialists team, which proactively simulates Advanced Persistent Threats to uncover previously undetected cybersecurity incidents. It involves applying advanced security protocols and technologies, along with hypothesis-driven investigations, to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities before adversaries can act. The role requires developing and implementing strategies that comply with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements, while continuously assessing the effectiveness of existing security controls. Success is measured by the effectiveness of security defenses, the ability to respond promptly to incidents, and how well identified gaps are remediated to keep defenses strong and adaptive to evolving threats. The work supports organizational security posture and maintains trust with customers and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements advanced security protocols and measures to protect digital infrastructure and sensitive data
- Identifies and mitigates security vulnerabilities through regular system and network analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security needs and implement improvements
- Ensures compliance with T-Mobile's cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements
- Conducts security assessments and audits to evaluate existing security solutions and suggest improvements
- Educates and trains staff on cybersecurity best practices and new security technologies
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Information Technology. or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Information Technology.

Bellevue, WA: $103,800 to $140,500
Frisco, TX: $92,300 to $124,900
Overland Park, KS: $87,000 to $117,700
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
