  • İşe alım süreçlerinin operasyonel adımlarını uçtan uca desteklemek
  • Mülakat organizasyonlarını gerçekleştirmek ve aday, işe alım yöneticisi ve ilgili paydaşlar arasında koordinasyonu sağlamak
  • Referans kontrolü, ve işe giriş öncesi süreçlere destek olmak
  • Aday verilerinin doğru, eksiksiz ve güncel tutulmasını sağlamak
  • İşe alım raporları, metrikler ve veri analizleri için gerekli bilgileri toplamak ve düzenli raporlama yapmak
  • Kariyer portalları, ilan platformları ve işe alım sistemleri üzerinde operasyonel süreçleri yürütmek
  • Aday deneyimini iyileştirmeye yönelik süreçlerde aktif rol almak
  • İnsan Kaynakları ekibinin işe alım projelerine ve süreç geliştirme çalışmalarına destek vermek
  • MS Office programlarını iyi derecede kullanmak
  • Üniversite mezunu olmak
  • İngilizce dilinde iletişim kurabilmek
  • İnsan Kaynakları, işe alım veya operasyon süreçlerinde deneyim sahibi olmak tercih sebebidir
  • İŞKUR'a kayıtlı ve yasa gereği engelli kadrosu kapsamında değerlendirilebilecek olmak
