Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) environments.
- Manage software packaging, deployment, and lifecycle processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot software deployment issues across Windows endpoints.
- Create, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
- Support endpoint compliance, configuration management, and policy deployment.
- Analyze incidents and problems related to endpoint management and software distribution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption projects.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise endpoint management solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
- Experience with software packaging and software deployment processes.
- Understand and create policies according Microsoft Windows
- PowerShell scripting skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AVD
- Knowledge of Windows Autopilot
- Experience with endpoint security and compliance management
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes
- Experience working in an international environment
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
