The Job: 
As an End User Specialist, you will be responsible for demonstrating and promoting Stanley Black & Decker tools directly at customer sites across Southern Romania. This is a field-based role focused on product demonstrations, customer training, technical support, and building strong relationships with end users and sales partners. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with tools, travelling to customers, and helping them find the right solutions.
As the End User Specialist, you’ll be part of our Technical Sales Team. You’ll get to:    

• Advise customers and end users on the selection of appropriate Stanley Black & Decker power tools and solutions.
• Build and maintain a qualified customer database within the local industrial and construction market.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with current and prospective customers to support long-term brand commitment.
• Provide technical support to customers, sales representatives, and key account managers.
• Organize and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, trade fairs, store-front demos, and customer events.
• Support the CEE/EMEA team in training activities and event execution.
• Follow up on leads generated by the sales team and connect with customers to understand their needs.
• Ensure high-quality product demonstrations with a strong focus on health and safety standards.
• Drive in-store execution through merchandising, product placement, inventory support, product training, and end-user sales guidance.
• Track end-user visits and activities on a weekly basis, maintain monthly plans, and update Salesforce to ensure accurate data centralization.

·       Experience in a customer-facing, field-based, sales support, technical support, or product demonstration role.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in a simple and practical way.

·       Good understanding of customer needs and the ability to recommend suitable product solutions.

·       Fluency in Romanian and good working knowledge of English.

·       Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with sales and regional teams.

·       Willingness to work extensively in the field, including frequent travel within Romania.
