Job Title: Data Analyst – Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed their graduation and possess good practical exposure to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, data analysis, and dashboard creation.

This role is ideal for a graduate who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, preparing reports, and presenting insights in a clear and meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from various sources.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.

• Develop Excel-based reports, trackers, MIS, and analytical summaries.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights.

• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and business updates.

• Support senior team members with data analysis and reporting requirements.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards.

• Maintain and update existing dashboards and reporting formats.

• Assist in automating and improving recurring reports and data processes.

• Work with different teams to understand their reporting and analytical requirements.

• Present data and insights in a simple, clear, and easy-to-understand manner.
