Execute corporate client at-the-market and repurchase orders while maximizing revenues by managing risk and loss ratios. Team includes Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Services and Equity Syndicate. Partnering with Investment and Corporate Banking coverage, Equity Sales & Trading, Equity Syndicate, Equity Derivatives, Client Onboarding, and Capital Markets Operations to deliver our platform to a wide range of corporate & investment banking clients. Revenue expectation of the business is $25 million+ annually.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.  

1.    Execute client orders and manage risk aligned with Truist’s purpose and goals
2.    Receive, enter, monitor, and adjust client orders, as needed, throughout the trading day
3.    Deliver Truist best execution to clients on a daily basis
4.    Reconcile, book, and email daily client trade activity reports
5.    Review and resolve trade wires, share settlements and trade-related outstanding items
6.    Monitor and book monthly reports for trade activity
7.    Continuously evaluate and seek to improve trade processes and execution outcomes to ensure best execution and client satisfaction
8.    Maximize revenues by managing risk and loss ratios

Required Qualifications:

1.    BA/BS degree
2.    Licenses: Series 7, 79, 63
3.    5 years of related work experience, including proficiency with Bloomberg and Fidessa (or comparable trading system)
4.    Strong knowledge of equity trading, equity markets, investment banking, and/or financial products
5.    Strong organizational and leadership skills
6.    Advanced skills in written and oral communications, and interpersonal relationship management
7.    Solid analytical and sales skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1.    MBA degree, with a Finance focus
2.    5-6 years of related work experience
3.    Experience in mentoring and coaching

The annual base salary for this position is $130,000.
