You will lead the end-to-end launch of Walmart Marketplace within the first 120 days while transitioning Amazon management fully in-house. You will work directly with executive leadership, internal content creators, and pay-per-click specialists to drive marketplace profitability, optimize contribution margins, maintain pricing discipline across channels.
Selection Process
The process usually consists of 3-4 stages and takes on average 2-3 weeks to be completed, depending on eventual additional technical rounds or conversations.
- Initial interview with Workana's recruiting team
- Technical interview with the client
- Cultural fit interview with the client's manager
As Workana has multiple clients, if you pass the first round with Workana's recruiting team, you may also be considered for other relevant opportunities if the initial opportunity does not move forward.

- Manage inventory forecasting, reorder triggers, and stock allocation in coordination with 3PL partners (ShipBob) and internal teams.
- Coordinate marketplace pricing with DTC and wholesale strategies to prevent MAP erosion and channel cannibalization.
- Troubleshoot seller account issues, including case creation, listing suppressions, Brand Registry, and reimbursement claims.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Amazon Seller Central operator managing account health, listing creation, and Brand Registry.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Walmart Marketplace, including item setup, catalog health, WFS vs. seller-fulfilled setups, and Walmart Connect.
- Direct hands-on experience running and optimizing PPC campaigns on both Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Connect.
- Strong P&L literacy with the ability to analyze unit economics, contribution margins, and platform fee structures.
- Experience with e-commerce inventory forecasting, stock allocation, and 3PL fulfillment operations.
- High level of autonomy, ownership mindset, and experience collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves regular collaboration with an international team.
- Must be based in Latin America.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience transitioning marketplace management from an external agency to an in-house operation.
- Familiarity with Shopify integration and multi-channel e-commerce architectures.
- Experience in the tools, hardware, automotive accessory, or consumer hardlines categories.
- Hands-on experience selling on additional platforms such as eBay, Target Plus, or international marketplaces (UK, AU, CA, EU).
Benefits

- Fully remote work within Latin America with flexible time schedules
- Career growth with international clients and dynamic projects
- This is a long-term independent contractor agreement with no additional benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, etc.
