What success looks like in this role:

• Participates in the spectrum of HR activities such as supporting the employee lifecycle processes for Hungarian region

• Document archiving, organize and maintain both physical and digital records according to the company’s document management system

• Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard

• Provides support with HR administrative tasks as well

• Participates in projects, comes up with new ideas

• Supports mainly the employees in Hungary but also assists back-up activities for other countries within EMEA region if needed

• Builds productive internal / external working relationships

• Keeps contact with local and global stakeholders

You will be successful in this role if you have:

What makes you a perfect match for this position:

• HR degree is an advantage, strong interest in HR

• Must have excellent English AND Dutch language skills

• Experience in multinational (or SSC) environment is an advantage

• High levels of competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Confident analytical and multitasking skills, ability to assess data

• Detail-orientated and able to work in a highly structured manner
