The incumbent is responsible for deliveries and collections for the Hospital.KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
DISRUPTIVE INNOVATION
Deliveries and collections
- Ensure deliveries are made timeously to the correct destination
- Manage the collection of items as requested
- Ensure confirmation receipts for delivery/collection are signed by the required person
Vehicle Maintenance
- Ensure compliance with rules of the road at all times
- Ensure Hospital vehicle is cleaned daily
- Ensure the maintenance of the vehicle is carried out on a regular basis
- Report any accidents immediately

SKILLS PROFILE
EDUCATION
Essential
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
KNOWLEDGE
Essential
- Valid South African Driver’s License, PDP
- Must be able to read road maps
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Flexibility in working hours which may include weekend and nigh shifts
- Will interact with internal and external customers through several different means.
- Travel based on the operational requirements of hospital.
