How you’ll make an impact:
Product Performance
- Techno-commercial competitiveness of the Reference Solution
- Coordinate with other sub-products/systems and technology areas to maximize performance.
- Performance monitoring and reporting (i.e., cost/time/quality) of the Reference Solutions in tenders and projects
- Continuously collecting tender/project feedback to drive continuous improvement of the Reference Solutions.
- Drive the development of a modular structure
- Proactive communication with on-cycle functions of relevant changes to Reference Solutions to ensure quality
- Discipline roadmap of the product
- Prioritization of new and lifecycle management activities including quality/reliability issues
- Ensure an active lifecycle to secure business continuity, and managing lifecycle stages (phase-in/out)
- Productization and roll-out of newly developed features following the Transfer of Solution (ToS) process
- PRS for Reference Solutions when needed
- Interface management of R&D to ensure the timely delivery of features within the allocated scope/budget
- Support with Temporary Sales Approval (TSA) preparation
- Active coordination with all on-cycle functions to always ensure alignment in relation to the Reference Solutions
- Support with strategic and early pursuits to influence the use of the Reference Solutions, where applicable
- Technical support management in tenders and projects, while actively influencing the utilization of Reference Solutions (GCoC, RCoC, OPC)
- Participate in Design Freeze Meeting #0 in Tender phase to impact designs including decisions of FACTS Control Platform (FCP) and System Design Tools (SDT)
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- 5+ years’ experience in the related design domain
- Product Management experience is highly desirable
- Experience in lifecycle, requirements, and change management or cross-functional product development is desirable.
