Document Controller – UAE National

Location: Dubai, UAE
Work Arrangement: Site-based
Employment Type: Full-time

Parsons is looking for a motivated Document Controller to join our team in Dubai and support a major PPP infrastructure programme.

UAE Nationals, high school diploma holders, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Main Responsibilities

• Receive, register, organize, and archive project documents.
• Maintain accurate document registers and filing systems.
• Track document submissions, reviews, approvals, and revisions.
• Ensure documents are properly numbered and controlled.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and document status updates.
• Support audits, project handover, and close-out activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy records.
• Follow company and project document control procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• UAE National.
• High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, or ProjectWise.
• Ability to work at a project site and as part of a team.
