About this role:

To archive and maintain incoming and outgoing of:

• Project related documents and drawings
• General Documents

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively follow the company’s standard operating procedures for the submission of all documents
• Type, format, proofread, and edit all correspondence and other documents
• Receive, scan, and distribute documents to concerned employees
• Ensure that all documents are dispatched to the respective recipients in a timely manner
• Maintain and classify drawings (e.g. workshop drawings, as-built)
• Maintain and update a drawing log and update periodically
• Locate and retrieve any documents/drawings requested from authorized users by searching through files and documents
• Maintain an effective tracking process for all incoming and outgoing project related documents
• Ensure that all documents and drawings remain confidential
• Ensure that all documents are submitted in accordance to quality standards and submitted punctually

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Construction or Contracting industry
