• 掌握省市级层面VBP政策及其在医院层面的潜在影响
• 追踪医院层面VBP政策的落地实施情况、具体流程和关键驱动因素
• 了解科室层面VBP政策的实施计划与情况

风险识别与机会分析

• 持续评估医院层面VBP相关风险与机会点，确定医院互动优先级
• 归纳总结不同医院在风险和机会点上的类似模式
• 基于医院互动优先级，规划客户互动活动来最大限度提高西格用量

关键决策者识别

• 识别目标院内关键决策者及其影响力
• 了解关键决策者行为驱动力和未满足需求
• 确定针对关键决策者的互动目标

客户互动与行为影响

• 与关键决策者搭建并持续维护客户关系
• 通过客户互动活动与谈判，影响并说服关键决策者
• 在必要时设计院企合作项目或搭建合作平台

跨部门协作

• 将收集到的信息及时分享给跨部门团队（如销售团队 – 他们可以把这些信息运用在与临床医生的互动当中）
• 与跨部门团队合作，安排定期沟通会议，确认目标医院风险和机会点以及客户互动计划，跟踪执行进度和结果
