The Director, Turnaround Restructuring Services (TRS) role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to lead and shape the TRS practice while driving meaningful impact on complex, high-stakes client challenges. As a key leader within the TRS practice, this Director will manage discrete workflows across the full spectrum of restructuring, distressed advisory and operational transformation work – from situational assessment and stabilization initiatives, restructuring strategy development and overall financial and operational value creation plan execution. Reporting to the Head of TPI, this Director will lead oversee discrete workstreams and proposal development, manage team skill development and collaborate with cross-functional partners in finance, operations and transaction advisory to deliver integrated solutions.
