Position Overview
 

Vantage is seeking a Director, Technical Delivery – APAC to work as part of the Delivery Team for hyperscale data center projects across the Asia Pacific region.

This role sits within the Construction team and reports to the Vice President, Project Delivery APAC. This Director role, in conjunction with site specific leadership, this role has accountability for ensuring the implementation and technical delivery of all MEP services is executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with Vantage’s standards and strategic objectives. The Director will closely collaborate with the Project Directors across the regions and will assist in the compilation of technical delivery strategy across multiple concurrent developments.

The role operates at both a strategic and implementation level, acting as a key technical specialist in supporting: Development, Design & Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Critical Operations within APAC.
 

Core Responsibilities
 

• Align and assist with technical delivery outcomes across multiple APAC projects
• In conjunction with the regional VP, stablish regional delivery strategies and governance frameworks
• Assist in technical contractor and consultant performance management across projects
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Development, D&E, Construction, Procurement and Operations
• Champion safety, compliance, and operational readiness
• Provide project level reporting and influence project leadership decision-making
• Build and develop high-performing regional delivery teams
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across APAC

• On-time, on-budget delivery of hyperscale projects across APAC
• Consistent implementation of global technical standards
• Reduction in technical risk exposure
• Strong contractor governance outcomes
• Enhanced cross-functional alignment and operational readiness
 

Experience & Qualifications
 

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• 12–18+ years of experience in complex infrastructure or mission-critical project delivery
• Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-site project portfolios
• Deep understanding of CSA and MEP systems
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors and consultants across APAC

Preferred:
• Data center or hyperscale experience
• Executive stakeholder management experience
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Leadership experience in building and scaling teams
