Key Responsibilities

Serves as a key member of the DSC senior leadership team to ensure mission success. This includes assessing the competitive landscape, identifying potential partners, developing tailored market entry strategies, and offering insights into local business cultures, regulatory environments and emerging market trends.

Developing a wide spectrum of contacts in the technology ecosystem to identify technological innovations for partnership and market development objectives.

Actively collaborates with Sales to guide and sync with them to facilitate more in-depth discussions with potential clients, including proposing innovative and state-of-the-art solutions.

Provides ongoing feedback on the effectiveness of market entry initiatives and business development efforts, ensuring strategies remain responsive to the changing market dynamics.

Participates in and supports high-level meetings and negotiations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirement

A strong track record in business development roles, with demonstrated experience supporting business expansion in the technology domain.

In-depth knowledge of current and ongoing technological advancements.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various types of client requirements and has the ability to anticipate future demands.

Strong commercial acumen is required, including the ability to advise the Sales team in developing and gaining market access, identifying critical success factors, and recommending strategic adjustments based on real-time market intelligence.

A strong track record in managing and directing projects which must meet the most stringent security standards.

An established network of senior executive contacts across government and commercial enterprises, both in Singapore and other multiple geographies, will be a big advantage.
