Job Description:

Engages in collaborative partnerships with physicians, peers, staff, and administration to promote interdisciplinary communication and cooperation. Sets and enforces high standards for the quality of patient care delivered, ensuring decision-making and operational processes reflect patient/physician needs and concerns. Holds self and others accountable for meeting objectives and commitments, adhering to standards even in the face of unforeseen circumstances. Establishes and maintains a service excellence environment to achieve high customer satisfaction scores. Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the team to meet the physical and emotional needs of patients. Utilizes the nursing process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients.
