Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. A pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands. 

We have led and closed over $3bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women’s Football, Mercedes Formula 1, Arsenal Football Club, the Kentucky Derby, Philadelphia Phillies, Seattle Reign and more.  

We aim to optimize revenues for our clients while allowing each to avoid the long-term fixed costs associated with maintenance of large in-house sales teams. We are focused on solving problems and not selling assets, and we are ambitiously expanding our clients, geographies and our sponsorship sales team. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

We're looking to hire a Director of Partnership Strategy who will work with an NFL client to support their sponsorship team through the implementation and execution of a sales support remit. 

Who you are: 

-Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience in a sports, marketing, partnerships, sales or business development setting and a track record of building strong internal & external relationships. 

-Strong understanding of the sports industry, and particularly the sponsorship environment. 

-Experience working within a team setting and balancing multiple projects/responsibilities/deliverables for our client at once is crucial for the role.  

-Ability to demonstrate an understanding on how to operate within a sponsorship sales process and a clear understanding to why brands buy sponsorship. 

-Analytical mindset to illustrate to brands why sponsorships can support a brand’s objectives. 

-Ability to understand a client’s position and able to articulate ideas and views to support those positions through development of sales materials and strategies.  

-Self-starting attitude, adaptable, and a problem-solver. 

-Eagerness to join an entrepreneurial organization where every working day is different 

-We're keen on good levels of emotional intelligence and a passion for sport! 

What you'll be getting up to: 

-Overseeing team of specialists, lead the execution of Two Circles’ sponsorship strategy relationship with an NFL Club, coordinating across multiple internal teams and working closely with our client to deliver an effective strategy and support process, spanning sales materials and commercial insights.  

-Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for our client, using sponsorship acumen to help shape engagement and sales tactics in tandem with our client partners.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
