Director, Expansion & Strategic Accounts D&M

We are seeking a strategic Director Expansion & Strategic Accounts to lead a regional sales organization focused on the Design and Manufacturing industry. This leader will drive revenue growth, develop high-performing teams, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and execute sales strategies aligned with Autodesk’s business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on revenue growth and customer expansion.
• Develop and execute territory and industry sales strategies aligned to Autodesk priorities.
• Drive quota attainment through pipeline discipline, forecasting, deal inspection, and accountability.
• Build strong customer, partner, and internal relationships to identify growth opportunities and deliver outcomes.
• Partner across sales, technical sales, customer success, partner management, marketing, finance, and product teams to improve execution.
• Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Experience leading sales teams in enterprise software, SaaS, technology, or a related B2B environment.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets and building predictable sales performance.
• Strong understanding of territory planning, pipeline generation, forecasting, account planning, and customer expansion.
• Experience with direct and indirect sales channels, including partner ecosystems.
• Ability to lead through influence across matrixed teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, executive presence, and coaching capability.
• Familiarity with the Design and Manufacturing industry is preferred.
