Join our Easterseals NH team in Belmont NH as a Direct Support Associate, where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do: 

As a Day Program Direct Support Associate, you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‑building activities such as: 

• Vocational tasks 

• Volunteerism 

• Outings and integrative community experiences 

Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed. 

Compensation: We have several openings between $19-$20/hr

Hours: full-time, benefit-eligible 30 hours/week, Monday - Friday

We also have part-time!

What We’re Looking For 

We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:  

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) 

• Residential Counselor 

• Caregiver 

• Behavior Technician 

• Support Counselor

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

• High School Diploma or GED
