Digital Marketing Manager
Lantern is hiring a digital marketer to build and run our digital properties, campaigns, and develop our account-based marketing (ABM) engine. You'll turn go-to-market priorities into targeted, multi-touch campaigns across email, social and paid digital that reach the right buying groups at our target accounts. You'll own HubSpot as our main marketing platform, and you'll set up the reporting that shows how marketing drives pipeline and revenue. You'll work closely with Go-To-Market and sales. This role is for someone who can plan the strategy, build the campaigns in HubSpot, and explain the results to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Account-based marketing strategy and execution
- Work with GTM and sales to define and prioritize target account lists, ideal customer profiles and buying-group personas
- Design and launch tiered ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) with messaging tailored by industry, account and role
- Coordinate multi-touch, multi-channel plays across email, LinkedIn, paid social, web and sales outreach, timed so sales and marketing reach each account together
- Track account engagement, intent signals and progression through the funnel, and flag when accounts are ready for sales
Email Marketing
- Own the email program from start to finish: strategy, segmentation, copy, build, QA, deployment and optimization
- Build automated nurture flows, workflows and lead-scoring models in HubSpot for each persona and buying stage
- Run ongoing A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, content, CTAs and send timing
- Keep deliverability high, lists clean and the program compliant (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
Social and paid digital
- Plan and manage organic and paid social, especially LinkedIn, including account-targeted ads, Matched Audiences, Sponsored Content and Thought Leader Ads
- Create social campaigns that support ABM plays, product launches, partner moments and events
- Manage digital ad budgets and pacing, and shift spend toward the channels and audiences that perform best
HubSpot ownership and marketing operations
- Serve as Lantern's in-house HubSpot expert across Marketing Hub and, where relevant, Sales Hub
- Build and maintain workflows, lists, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, landing pages, forms, CTAs and campaign tracking
- Set up and enforce data hygiene, UTM standards, naming conventions and property structure
- Work with sales on CRM handoffs, lead routing, SLAs and HubSpot integrations (LinkedIn, webinar platforms, enrichment tools)
Reporting, analytics and optimization
- Build and own marketing dashboards in HubSpot (with Power BI or Excel for deeper analysis) covering campaign, channel and account-level performance
- Report on the metrics that matter: target-account engagement and coverage, MQL/SQL conversion, pipeline sourced and influenced, velocity, CAC and ROI
- Set up campaign attribution and give leadership clear monthly and quarterly readouts with insights and recommendations
- Use the data to test and improve audiences, content, channels and spend

Supporting events and GTM moments
- Run digital programs before and after events (target-account invitations, nurture, social amplification and follow-up sequences) so that events at conferences such as GitHub Universe and partner tours turn into pipeline
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4–6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years running ABM programs, ideally in technology, software, data/AI or professional services
- Advanced HubSpot expertise: hands-on experience building workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, landing pages and custom reports and dashboards. HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, Reporting) are strongly preferred
- A record of running email programs and nurture strategies with measurable gains in engagement and conversion
- Experience managing LinkedIn and paid social campaigns, including account-based targeting and budget management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills: you build dashboards, explain attribution, tie marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, and present results clearly to executives
- Experience aligning closely with sales on target accounts, lead handoffs and pipeline goals
- Clear, persuasive writing for email, social and ad copy
- Strong project management skills and the ability to run several campaigns at once without losing quality
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
