As Digital Marketing Executive at PHĀEA, you are responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of digital marketing activity across the Phāea portfolio of four properties. The role covers paid media, organic social, website content, digital newsletters and OTA channel management, and contributes directly to quarterly digital planning through performance analysis and channel recommendations.

Job Fit- Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage paid social and metasearch campaigns across all properties, owning budget pacing and performance against agreed CPA/ROAS targets
- Own organic social content and community management portfolio-wide, adapting tone, content and channel mix to each property's distinct brand positioning
- Coordinate on-page SEO and content optimization with our SEO agency, acting as the internal point of contact for implementation
- Own Google Business Profile listings and review activity across all properties, keeping content, hours and imagery current
- Manage day-to-day website content, offers and campaign landing pages, and support ongoing website development projects through to launch
- Plan and execute digital newsletter communications to guests and trade partners, building the segmentation and template discipline that will carry over once a CRM platform is introduced
- Maintain content, imagery and listing performance across OTA channels, coordinating with the revenue team on parity and ranking issues
- Contribute to quarterly digital planning per property, channel mix, campaign calendar and budget recommendations, based on performance data and competitive context
- Consolidate monthly portfolio-wide digital performance reporting across paid, organic, website and newsletter channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- 3–5 years' hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, travel or another multi-site consumer business
- Practical, current experience running paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) and managing website content platforms (CMS experience such as WordPress will be considered as a plus)
- Working familiarity with analytics and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills and confidence turning performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages relevant to key source markets will be considered as a plus
