Job Description & Summary

 About the role:

 

We are seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Senior Manager to help clients navigate identity and access management in an AI-powered, cloud-first world. The successful candidate will combine deep technical Access Management expertise, and modern identity security platforms with strong commercial acumen and market insight. They will translate complex identity and AI-driven security challenges into clear, actionable outcomes, lead and develop high-performing teams, and collaborate across global organisations. A proactive advocate for responsible AI adoption, they will leverage AI capabilities to enhance delivery, strengthen security, and drive innovation in both client engagements and day-to-day operations.

 

 

What your days will look like:

 

• Lead the strategy, architecture and delivery of complex identity security programmes across workforce, customer, privileged and machine identities, helping organisations secure and govern access in a cloud-first, AI-enabled Microsoft ecosystem.
• Drive identity transformations spanning Microsoft Entra, identity governance, access management, privileged access, customer identity and non-human identity security, delivering secure and scalable business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, translating complex identity, cyber and AI challenges into clear strategies, target architectures, investment priorities and measurable business value.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership while building high-performing teams, leveraging Access Management technologies and responsible AI to accelerate innovation, enhance delivery, and foster continuous learning and collaboration across global multidisciplinary teams.

 

 

This role is for you if:

 

• Deep expertise in digital identity, with hands-on experience delivering federation, domain consolidation and enterprise-scale identity transformations using Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, Silverfort and associated governance, access management, PAM, CIAM and threat protection capabilities.
• Strong understanding of emerging identity technologies and non-human identity security, including agentic AI, application identity discovery, identity posture management and continuous governance across complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures, applying identity-led controls, least-privilege access, continuous verification, segmentation and adaptive access strategies across cloud and hybrid estates.
• Broad security architecture knowledge spanning cloud security, network segmentation, secure access patterns and the integration of identity controls into enterprise security strategies, with a strong focus on leveraging the Microsoft security and identity product suite.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex identity, cyber security and AI-related risks, strategies and investment decisions to senior executives and business leaders.
• Passion for digital identity, AI and Microsoft technologies, with practical experience across Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI security, governance and agentic AI solutions, alongside a track record of leading global, high-performing teams and delivering innovative identity outcomes.
