About the role
This role will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, audience-first digital experiences across tennis.com.au and Member Association (MA) websites. Working closely with TA and its MAs, internal stakeholders and digital and technology teams, the position will help manage digital content experiences end-to-end, from content strategy and creation to authoring and optimisation.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Lead the ongoing delivery, management and optimisation of tennis.com.au and its MA websites within AEM, ensuring high-quality, consistent and audience-focused digital experiences.
- Own and deliver content experiences for tennis.com.au, including content planning, creation, authoring, publishing and ongoing optimisation.
- Create, edit and optimise web content across tennis.com.au and MA websites, ensuring content is engaging, accessible, easy to navigate and aligned to SEO best practice.
- Manage ongoing content updates, enhancements and continuous improvement across the digital ecosystem.
- Work closely with MAs to support website management, content capability, platform adoption and digital best practice
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) of Adobe Experience Manager (essential)
- A tertiary degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering increased business outcomes through Digital Content Experiences.
- Experience in content creation and digital experience, content production, SEO optimisation,
content governance and community engagement. - Refined interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
