The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Digital & AI Marketing Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm) role to be based in the Austin, TX market. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and engage customers. This position combines digital marketing skills with the practical use of artificial intelligence tools to develop content, improve campaign performance, and streamline routine marketing activities. 

The position includes a salary of up to $70K and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position)

Digital & AI Marketing Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm) responsibilities include:

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and paid advertising.
• Use AI tools to assist with content ideas, drafts, audience research, and campaign variations.
• Review and edit AI-generated content for accuracy, originality, brand voice, and suitability before publication.
• Create and update website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a marketing calendar and coordinate deadlines, approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Support search engine optimization through keyword research, content updates, and website improvements.
• Assist with paid search and social media advertising, including campaign setup, budget tracking, and reporting.
• Build and maintain email campaigns, contact lists, audience segments, and automated follow-up sequences.
• Monitor website traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation; recommend improvements based on results.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, creative assets, and landing pages.
• Maintain accurate campaign and lead information in the customer relationship management system.
• Evaluate new AI and marketing tools and recommend practical applications.
• Follow company requirements for data privacy, intellectual property, and the use of confidential information in AI tools.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and other teams to support marketing goals.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
• One to three years of digital marketing, content creation, or marketing coordination experience preferred.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support marketing work, with sound judgment about their limitations.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of social media, email marketing, SEO, and website content management.
• Familiarity with analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and design tools.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
