Die Attach/ DACA Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
Lead the maintenance organization to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and manufacturing productivity for Die Attach production. Drive preventive maintenance strategies, equipment reliability improvement, cost optimization, and team development.
What You Need to Do
- Lead Maintenance Engineers and Technicians.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Minimize equipment downtime and MTTR.
- Drive equipment reliability projects.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.
- Support new equipment installation and qualification.
- Ensure PM compliance.
- Lead root cause analysis for major equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, ISO and Quality requirements.
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent.
- 10+ years semiconductor equipment experience.
- 5+ years leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Die Attach equipment, automation and robotics.
- Lean Six Sigma and TPM knowledge.
