What to Expect:
In this role you will:
- Assist in maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and CloudBees CD/RO
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
- Help debug build and deployment failures by analyzing logs and pipeline outputs
- Support application deployments across development and test environments
- Write and maintain basic automation scripts (Bash or Python)
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processes
- Follow best practices for version control using Git
- Document processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting steps
What will make you successful:
We are seeking professionals with:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to follow documented processes and ask questions when needed
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP in areas such as compute, storage, networking, IAM and secret management with Infrastructure as Code as a plus
- Knowledge and experience of Cloudbees. Understanding release and environments, trigger, monitor and debug deployments, work with existing pipelines, understand parameters, workflows and jobs

The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $82,361.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $152,955.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employee’s contingent on personal and company performance. Our generous benefits program includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance with no premium costs for our employees and their families, and retirement plan plus matching 401k.
