Position Overview

The Performance Marketing Executive will support the regional digital marketing team in managing performance campaigns across multiple eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc.). This role focuses on campaign setup, daily optimization, and reporting across multiple Southeast Asian markets. The Executive will work closely with senior team members and market-level contacts to ensure efficient, high-performing campaigns delivery.

Key Responsibility

• Manage paid media across Meta, marketplaces and brand websites.
• Guide the team on campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting.
• Support digital marketing activities across multiple SEA markets.
• Work with commercial, ecommerce, brand and creative teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Review creative content and recommend the right approach for different platforms and objectives.
• Improve team efficiency through automation, AI and emerging marketing solutions.
• Identify issues early and recommend practical solutions.
• Explore new ideas and continuously improve existing ways of working.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or performance media.
• Experience managing or mentoring a digital marketing team.
• Exposure to campaigns across multiple SEA markets.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Good understanding of Google Ads, CRM and analytics is an advantage.
• Strong creative judgment across awareness, engagement and conversion content.
• Comfortable with automation, AI tools and new digital solutions.
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented, curious and solution-driven.
