About the role

What you will do

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards and recipes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared efficiently for service.

What you bring

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards, with proven compliance in previous roles.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
