What would you do? • • End to end floor support • • Operations management • • People management, attrition management, people development • • Responsible for performance management • • Adherence to Risk and Compliance as per both client and Accenture requirement • • Service delivery, escalations management, client relationship management • • Provide process level tactical recommendation for improvement and enhancement • • Contribute towards process Optimization
What are we looking for? • Graduate, Post Graduate with a strong knowledge in Procurement function. • 12-15 years of experience in a BPO, Procurement Outsourcing • • Should have had good team managing experience and have worked in a challenging operations environment. • • Should have worked for a multinational organization and have worked with colleagues internationally • • Should have worked for global clients • • Should have worked in a process driven environment • • Good communication and presentation skills • • Senior leadership interaction skills • • Strong relationship management skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Operational Responsibilities • Client service delivery or execution • • Manage multiple projects, engagement economics, project resources and team utilization • • Lead the delivery or execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations • Business development: • • Manage clients & accounts and built professional relationships • • Meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clients • • Demonstrate significant industry or solution expertise • People Management • • Be a strong team player • • Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach • • Assist in resolving people issues • • Support people development through guidance and feedback • • Take the lead in recruiting activities • • Ensure compliance to the firms standards, processes and policies • • Contribute to the firms initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality, people agenda and operational excellence
