  • Develop and coordinate the Quarterly Readiness Review (QRR), ensuring mission and JMET assessments accurately communicate the Command’s state of readiness to CDRUSCENTCOM.
  • Coordinate and consolidate the semi-annual Joint Force Readiness Review (JFRR), including Command readiness assessments, top concerns, mission assessments, and supporting readiness information.
  • Identify critical readiness capability gaps, shortfalls, deficiencies, and trends to inform mitigation strategies, timelines, PPBE activities, and other DoD resourcing forums.
  • Ensure DRRS-S readiness data and assessments are synchronized with JFRR, IPL, AJA, campaign assessments, JUONS, JEONS, RFF, PBR, and other Command reporting products.
  • Represent USCENTCOM at OSD/Joint Staff DRRS-S working groups, executive committees, software development forums, and other readiness governance activities.
  • Provide DRRS-S training, technical assistance, maintenance support, and troubleshooting to designated USCENTCOM and subordinate command users and points of contact.
  • Serve as the Command DRRS-S subject matter expert, advising senior leaders on capabilities-based readiness reporting, data quality, system requirements, and readiness information supporting force employment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience supporting military readiness, operational planning, force management, defense reporting, or related DoD mission requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with Defense Readiness Reporting System–Strategic (DRRS-S), Joint Mission Essential Tasks (JMETs), mission assessments, and capabilities-based readiness reporting processes.
  • Experience developing, coordinating, and synchronizing Command-level readiness products, including QRR, JFRR, readiness assessments, capability gaps, and senior leader decision-support products.
  • Proven ability to analyze readiness information, identify capability gaps and trends, and communicate findings through reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive-level products.
  • Experience coordinating across Combatant Command staffs, subordinate commands, OSD, Joint Staff, and other DoD stakeholders in support of readiness reporting and governance requirements.

Desired

  • Experience supporting Geographic Combatant Command readiness, PPBE and resourcing processes, Joint Staff readiness requirements, or Command-level operational and campaign assessment activities.
