As an ONSITE - Dedicated Client Service Partner, you'll serve as a dedicated extension of the Cigna Account Management team, delivering personalized support, benefits education, and issue resolution for employees and dependents while partnering closely with client HR teams. Clients are the employers who invest in Cigna benefits for their workforce, while customers are the employees and dependents who use those benefits. In this highly visible role, you'll represent Cigna as the trusted connection between clients, customers, and internal partners. You'll simplify complex healthcare issues, provide proactive guidance and advocacy, and deliver insights that strengthen client partnerships, enhance the benefits experience, and drive meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do

 

Deliver Personalized Support

• Serve as the dedicated resource for client HR teams, providing personalized benefits support and guidance that enhances the employee experience for the organizations Cigna serves and their workforce.

• Build trusted client partnerships while delivering a seamless benefits experience and exceptional customer service.

 

Resolve Complex Issues

• Own and resolve escalated service issues, including complex claims, appeals, authorizations, eligibility inquiries, and incentive-related questions.

• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and effective outcomes.

 

Educate and Guide

• Educate employees on plan options, benefit resources, and how to maximize their healthcare benefits.

• Deliver presentations, benefit education sessions, and communications that simplify complex healthcare information and drive employee engagement.

 

Support Key Client Events

• Assist with new hire onboarding, open enrollment activities, health fairs, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Partner with client HR teams to promote awareness and participation in benefit programs.

 

Promote Health and Wellness

• Support and coordinate onsite wellness initiatives aligned with client goals.

• Encourage employee engagement in wellness programs and available health resources.

 

Drive Client Success

• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance employee experience and program performance.

• Deliver strategic insights and solutions that improve client outcomes and access to care.

 

Collaborate Across Internal Team

• Partner closely with Client Service Executives (CSEs), account managers, implementation teams, clinical partners, operations teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to address service needs and improve outcomes.

 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED - required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, benefits administration, or a related client-facing role

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and benefits administration platforms

• Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule availability
• Work Onsite in Sanford, Florida (32773) - required
• Travel within the county - required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building client relationships and delivering consultative support.

• Experience conducting presentations, employee education, or wellness initiatives.

• Familiarity with benefits administration systems, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools such as Microsoft Teams or Webex
