As a Deals Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will coach and leverage team members' unique strengths, manage performance to meet client expectations, and identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will collaborate with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. This position within our Deals practice offers a dynamic environment where you can develop skills outside your comfort zone and support clients in navigating complex transactions to maximize value in their business deals.

Responsibilities

- Leading financial due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
- Developing strategic advice and business diligence services for client transactions
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Guiding teams in the application of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for value maximization in business deals
- Utilizing analytical thinking to evaluate financial statements and contractual agreements
- Coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance in financial analysis
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve the delivery of financial advisory services
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

-Leading client discussions and provide strategic advice on pricing matters, completion accounts, and deal closing mechanisms.

-Overseeing multiple transaction workstreams, ensuring the quality and accuracy of analyses, deliverables, and client recommendations.

-Managing and develop team members while coordinating with clients, legal advisors, and cross-functional deal teams throughout the transaction process.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant License, Chartered Accountant, Foreign Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
