As a Deals Advisory - AI Engineer - Senior Associate, you will engage in the design, development, and implementation of AI-enabled solutions within our Deals practice. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address complex business challenges through innovative AI applications. You will be instrumental in developing technical skills in artificial intelligence, software engineering, and cloud platforms, while also honing your analytical capabilities.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will manage assigned tasks effectively, delivering work to agreed timelines and quality standards. You will develop quality assurance skills across prototypes, production components, and test outputs. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements will be key, as you contribute to AI solution delivery and support the responsible use of AI to address business and client needs.

Responsibilities

- Developing AI-enabled solutions by designing, building, testing, and implementing components
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to clarify AI use cases and requirements
- Applying machine learning and AI concepts to support model selection and experimentation
- Utilizing Python, REST APIs, and frameworks like Streamlit and FastAPI for application development
- Engaging with language models such as Azure OpenAI and Vertex AI for tasks like summarization and classification
- Conducting root-cause analysis and applying structured problem-solving approaches
- Managing tasks effectively to deliver work within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Supporting quality assurance across prototypes, production components, and test outputs
- Adapting to changing project requirements and emerging delivery patterns
- Contributing to team objectives through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
- Developing an understanding of business processes and regulatory considerations for AI solutions
- Enhancing data analytics capabilities to address forensic accounting and compliance oversight needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
