Red Hat is looking for a Deal Architect Intern to join our Singapore team.
The focus for Red Hat's Intern Program is a dual partnership between the Emerging Talent Team, and our intern managers. We can offer you professional development, social engagement and networking, performance and development, and meaningful work throughout your time at Red Hat.
As a Deal Architect Intern, you will work closely with your mentors and manager to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise software sales, commercial strategy, deal structuring, and the operational aspects of a global technology business.

What You Will Do:
• Support Deal Architects in the development, review, and execution of customer deals across APAC.
• Assist with the analysis of deal structures, pricing, discounts, contract terms, and commercial scenarios.
• Prepare deal analysis, financial models, presentations, business cases, and supporting materials for internal approvals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to help progress deals, analysis, execution of customer agreements and commercial transactions.
• Maintain accurate deal documentation
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve deal processes, tools, templates, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct research and analysis on market, customer, pricing, and commercial trends relevant to APAC.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to deal strategy, sales operations, and commercial transformation.

What We Are Looking For:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computing & Law or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different functions
• Interest in open source technology, and/or software business models.
• Self-motivated, curious, and willing to learn
• Strong English communication skills. Additional APAC languages are a plus.
• Able to commit full time internship for 6months starting January 2027
