Engage with client senior leadership to create Transformation Roadmaps, Target Operating Models, and optimize tactical value. • Drive Work Orchestration through Lean, Flexible Operating Models, and Automated & Agile Workforce. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement • Experience in Banking and/or Financial Crime operations/Financial Services • Background in process automation and digital transformation initiatives • Individual contributor; good to have supervisory experience as the FS tower is expected to grow/expand • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified; Alternately PMP Certified
