The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As the TW DC Lead, you will be responsible for leading Taiwan distribution center (DC) and last-mile delivery (LMD) operations, driving operational excellence, managing 3PL partners, and supporting business growth through effective supply chain execution. This role serves as the primary logistics owner in Taiwan and works closely with commercial, customer service, quality, regulatory, finance, IT, and regional supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse & Distribution Operations
• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, outbound fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
• Ensure service level, inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational KPIs are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs to support operational excellence and compliance requirements.

• Manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and transportation partners to achieve agreed service levels.
• Establish, monitor, and review SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.

          • 10+ years in local marketing disciplines with good understanding of customer value chain, product pricing management, portfolio, end-user, channel, communication, marketing tools in China
          • People management experience of more than 3 years

          • Excellence in strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical ability, and cross-functional collaboration.
