We are seeking a dynamic ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ & ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐ ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐๐๐ to join our Customer Success team. This role bridges the gap between data services and business intelligence. As a Reports & Insights Analyst, you'll help Cloudbeds customers turn raw operational and financial data into decisions they can act on. ๐ฌ๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐๐ถ๐น๐ฑ, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐๐๐ฒ, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฃ๐ ๐ฆ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ, troubleshoot discrepancies before they become customer frustrations, and coach hoteliers on how to read metrics like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance with confidence. Data Services sits at the intersection of hospitality expertise and reporting technology, working to make sure Cloudbeds customers never have to guess what their numbers mean. Reporting to your lead, you'll join a team that partners closely with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to keep improving how customers access and interpret their data. It's a hands-on, collaborative group that treats every reporting question as a chance to make the platform and the customer's business a little smarter.

- Build and Optimize Reports: Create, refine, and troubleshoot reports across Cloudbeds' PMS reporting suite to ensure customers have accurate, actionable data at their fingertips.
- Resolve Reporting Discrepancies: Proactively investigate and troubleshoot data inconsistencies before they escalate into customer frustration.
- Coach Clients on Key Metrics: Guide hoteliers through core performance indicatorsโADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performanceโhelping them read and act on their numbers with confidence.
- Translate Data Into Decisions: Turn raw operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape how hospitality businesses understand their performance and grow revenue.
- Support Customers Across Channels: Answer reporting-related questions via calls and emails, acting as a trusted resource for customers navigating their data.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to continuously improve how customers access and interpret their reporting data.

- Client-Facing Expertise: A proven track record in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support with a natural ability to teach and guide users.
- Advanced Spreadsheet Proficiency: Power-user skills in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of basic data management principles, data mapping, parsing, and root-cause error analysis.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision when handling sensitive historical, financial, and guest records.
- Remote-First Readiness: Highly tech-savvy with cloud-based workflows and equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection for video coaching sessions.
