We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to support key operational and accounting functions across vendor invoice review, billing, and project operations.

While each role will have a primary focus area, all team members will work within the same core processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across vendor invoices, billing records, contracts, and dispatch logs. These roles play a critical part in supporting invoicing cycles, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to overall project financial performance.

What You'll Do:

• Review and validate financial and project documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure alignment between vendor invoices, inspector reports, dispatch logs, and billing records
• Verify all billable work and supporting documentation are accurately captured
• Review time and cost allocations across multiple job sites for accuracy
• Identify discrepancies across invoices, reports, and logs, and document findings
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and records
• Perform reconciliation checks across systems and supporting data
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure data accuracy
• Support AR efforts by validating invoice accuracy and assisting with collections documentation

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting support, billing, AP/AR, or project coordination
• Understanding of financial documents (invoices, contracts, reconciliations)
• Experience working with structured logs, templates, or tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data review, reconciliation, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to identify discrepancies across multiple data sources
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work
• Clear communication and issue documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range:

$28.75/hr
