Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration of various systems and data models. The position demands active engagement in aligning platform components to support organizational data needs, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment. The engineer plays a key role in coordinating efforts across teams to maintain the integrity and scalability of the data platform, ensuring it meets evolving business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data platform solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in designing and developing data pipelines and workflows using Python.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and database management systems.
- Ability to work with APIs and integration tools to connect diverse data sources.
- Experience in optimizing data processing performance and ensuring data quality.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services is advantageous.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
