Position Overview

This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data platforms and pipelines that support enterprise reporting, analytics, AI, and data-driven decision making. This role enables reliable, secure, and governed access to data by integrating information from SAP, cloud applications, operational systems, and external sources into the enterprise analytics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and transformation processes that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business operations
• Build and optimize scalable data models, curated datasets, and data products to enable business intelligence and decision-making
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data quality, performance, reliability, and operational support processes
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, privacy, and enterprise architecture standards
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support project implementation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2-5 years’ relevant experience required
• Proficiency with data engineering technologies such as Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI datasets, semantic models, and data solutions that support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software 

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
