What's the role?
As the Data and Audience Platform Specialist, you will drive the hands-on delivery and setup of data ingestion, audience creation, and activation use cases. Acting as the bridge between technical execution and commercial strategy, you will take a practical, proactive approach to managing data across our DMP, CDP, and internal audience intelligence platform.
Your core focus will be ensuring our data remains accurate, timely, and aligned with the strategic needs of our partners, sales team, and the broader business. Working closely with commercial, publishing, product, and engineering teams, you will help power high-quality solutions that drive efficient targeting, deep personalisation, and audience activation at scale.
Responsibilities
- Onboard external data partners and build, test, and activate targeted audience segments across downstream adtech and martech platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define precise targeting rules, suppression logic, and eligibility criteria using behavioural, transactional, and profile data.
- Manage data flows across enterprise CDPs, DMPs, and connected systems to ensure seamless event ingestion, profile personalisation, and platform health.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation activities while monitoring dashboards to investigate and resolve anomalies before client impact.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and platform health detection to accelerate speed to market and boost operational efficiency.
- Partner with engineering and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining clear configuration documentation and strictly adhering to data privacy and consent standards.
Who are you?
- You have 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring enterprise CDPs (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform / RT-CDP) and DMPs (e.g. Adobe Audience Manager).
- You have an understanding of customer data concepts, alongside proven experience creating segments within a CDP/DMP ecosystem.
- You're a curious, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills and an attention to detail.
- You have a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs, compliance requirements, and technical challenges.
- You're a strong analytical thinker with effective stakeholder engagement and demonstrate agility in responding to shifting priorities.
