We are looking for:

• Highly skilled in influencing and engaging stakeholders to secure their buy-in and support.

• Strong business acumen, to effectively identify the value of Data and AI in the business context.

• Must understand the key operational metrics of their assigned business unit, and their impact on profit and loss,revenue, customer retention, and so on.

• General technical fluency – understanding in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving.

• May have a formal STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) background or self-taught knowledge in a STEM field.

• A mastery of process-management skills -- should be able to direct an analytics initiative from ideation through production and adoption and understand the life cycle of an analytics initiative and the common pitfalls.

• Entrepreneurial mind-set -- enthusiasm, commitment, and business savvy to navigate potential technical, and organizational roadblocks that may emerge.

• SQL skill is a must. Python would be a bonus. 

• General Knowledge on the following

  • General Relational Database Concepts

  • General Data Visualization, Data Storytelling, and tool know-how (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlickview, AWS Quicksight, etc.)

  • General Statistical Modeling Techniques (i.e. Regression, K-means segmentation, forecasting, etc.)

  • General know how on data management programming languages (SQL, R, Python, etc)

  • General Datawarehousing and Data Modeling concepts (Fact & Dimension tables, Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), etc.)
