Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with device setup, syncing, troubleshooting, and account-related enquiries.
• Help users understand Fitbit features, apps, and health tracking capabilities.
• Resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal support systems.
• Work closely with colleagues and technical teams to deliver fast and effective solutions.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in Danish language for daily communication with customers
• Good command of English (B1 or similar) for training and internal communication
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS use/features
• Demonstrating empathy
• Desire to help customers as best as possible and willing to contribute to the team’s success / be a team-player 
• Result-oriented with personal performance
• Friendly and outgoing personality
